The last few months have seen a lot of progress behind the scenes. From Highway 64, it may not look like much but the infrastructure of The Ridge's community has been forging forward. Wells, and lines for water, plumbing, electrical, fiber internet, and fire hydrants have been run throughout the community.

Roadways for the entire development have been cleared and prepped for paving. This is scheduled to be completed in the month of September.

The entryway sign for The Ridge will begin construction in September as well. The sign will feature a broad Tennesee Stack Stone base with an overlay Corten steel with lettering cut out to expose stone beneath..

Split rail fencing along the entering driveway will be completed in the coming weeks along with post rock work for a steadfast front gate.

Our old tangle wood bunk house is now the new homeowners guest retreat. It's just received a fresh coat of paint and a new high-end garage door has been added for curb appeal.
