Since our last update, we've made some key updates to the Ridge. The community's major infrastructures are nearly completed. The slabs for the on-site well houses have been poured. Continue reading below for additional updates!
The Ridge's first homesite (#12) is cleared and footers have been installed to prep for the foundation work.
The entryway sign for The Ridge is nearly complete. The sign features a broad Tennesee Stack Stone base and will be completed with a Corten steel overlay with lettering cut out to expose stone beneath.
Split rail fencing has been completed along the entering driveway and gravel has been laid throughout the community in preparation for asphalt.
The entryway gate columns have been completed and are ready for gate installation.
All underground utilities have been run throughout the community.
